5. For Pet Sitters

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Stripe.

• Payments are processed at the time of booking
• Refunds follow the sitter's cancellation policy

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by Me & My Doggy or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

Me & My Doggy is a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the actions of pet owners or sitters. While we verify sitters, we cannot guarantee the quality of services provided.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Insurance and Liability

All sitters must maintain appropriate insurance. Pet owners are encouraged to verify insurance details before booking. Each party is responsible for their own insurance coverage.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users, we encourage resolution through our mediation process. If mediation fails, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in accordance with UK law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Receive multiple negative reviews
• Pose a risk to the community
