The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
All sitters must maintain appropriate insurance. Pet owners are encouraged to verify insurance details before booking. Each party is responsible for their own insurance coverage.
In case of disputes between users, we encourage resolution through our mediation process. If mediation fails, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in accordance with UK law.
